1. BINDING AGREEMENT. This is a binding agreement. By using this Internet site located at www.WISEEYESOPTICAL.COM, ordering glasses, or any services provided in connection with the Site (the “Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time in its sole discretion. If at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and stop all use of the Service and the Site. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ORDERING GLASSES /CONTACT S FROM IT, THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

2. WISE EYES OPTICAL E-COMMERCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING.

Concerning performance or inability to deliver optical goods due to:

1. acts of God such as natural disasters, acts of any governmental agency, acts of war, or terrorism, strikes or lockouts, unauthorized network or computer intrusion, or Internet- or computer-related viruses, hacker attacks or other agents introduced by a third party, failure of the Internet and other conditions beyond our control, 2. any technical requirement for which Customer is responsible, 3. any intentional acts or omission of the Customer.

Wise Eyes E-Commerce Return Policy

April 2016

1. Returns will only be considered for defective products. There will be no return considered for incorrect prescription information that has been filled and delivered.
2. Returns must be requested by email within 14 days of delivery. A complete description of the defective product must be given as to why it’s being returned.
3. You must receive a confirmation email stating that the product has been accepted to be returned.
4. The Customer must return the products at their own expense. They must be returned in the same hard case originally sent in, and must be in “as New” condition, unscratched and unbroken, lenses in their original frames. Glasses or accessories
5. Should the customer decide to choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged.
6. Should the customer decide to choose a frame of lower value, the difference will NOT be refunded.
7. Should the customer decide to choose upgrades of higher value, the difference will be charged.
8. There will be no refunds considered on Progressives, Bifocals or any lenses other than Single Vision CR 39 Clear.
9. Any approved refund will have a 20.00 re-stocking fee deducted from paid amount, there are no refunds for any shipping or handling charges.
10. Wise Eyes Optical is not responsible for lost, missing or goods damaged en-route by the return shipping companies.
