All Wise Eyes locations participate in and accept your Tri-Care (EyeMed) Insurance for policy holders, as well as eligible family members enrolled in Family Coverage. Eye Exams, Eyeglass Prescriptions, and Eye Care by Skilled Optometrists
Our skilled optometrists provide routine eye exams, eyeglass prescriptions, and other eye care services as allowed by your specific plan coverage. Most active duty personnel and diabetic patients are eligible to receive a covered annual eye exam in order to maintain fitness for duty. All other personnel, including retired beneficiaries, family members, etc. are typically covered for eye exams and well-child eye exams (for ages three to six) through Tri-Care East (EyeMed) Insurance every two years. Please note that contact lens prescriptions require a separate eye examination. Your vision is important. We look forward to helping you maintain and improve your vision.
